Anna Solorio oversees the economic and workforce development programs. This includes CHOC Energy, which operates the Energy Savings Assistance Program (ESAP). The Energy Savings Assistance Program is designed to provide home energy assessments, energy education and consumption instillation services to low-income qualifying households. Ms. Solorio brings 20 years of experience in both management and workforce development. Ms. Solorio holds a BA from the University of California, Santa Cruz, and a Masters from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
